Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts

Four Seasons is known as the luxury hotel that provides service to their guests above all others. What many didn’t realize is that this service is not confined to the walls of their hotels & resorts. Four Seasons provides access to a world of unique experiences outside their properties with the same service and style that you would expect to have inside. We wanted to remind their guests of this on a grand scale.

The World of Wonder

We created a global brand campaign called The World of Wonder that included all 86 of their properties around the world. For each property we either created or highlighted one-of-a-kind experiences that you can only have with Four Seasons. These experience were then used as the subject of print, digital, social, and targeted emails in a globally coordinated integrated rollout.

The concept continues today as an ongoing part of their product offerings called Extraordinary Experiences.

We created a special global microsite for the campaign–which highlighted all of the 86 experiences on their own unique pages–where guests could explore and book their trip. It was translated, like much of the campaign, into 5 languages to cover the world market. 

 

Each property's unique luxury experience was used as content for an ongoing social media effort to continue creating attention and interaction with their fans and customers.
